- Sales Management : Achieving sales targets, implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. This may involve analyzing sales data, identifying areas for improvement, and motivating the sales team.
- Customer Service : Ensuring exceptional customer service, handling customer complaints, and resolving issues promptly. Building strong customer relationships and maintaining a customer-centric environment.
- Inventory Management : Maintaining accurate inventory records, managing stock levels, and ensuring proper display and organization of jewelry items. This includes conducting regular stock checks and coordinating with suppliers.
