Job Overview

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing email marketing campaigns that align with our brand strategy and business goals. You will work closely with other departments and creative teams to create engaging content that resonates with our audience, drives conversions, and fosters customer loyalty and generate leads.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective email marketing strategies to increase engagement and drive conversions.
  • Create content for sending cold emails ensuring deliverability across various email clients.
  • Define ICP by segmenting email lists based on user behaviour, demographics, and other relevant criteria to deliver personalized content.
  • Write compelling copy for email campaigns that align with brand voice and messaging.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance, including subject lines, content, and send times.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure email campaigns comply with industry standards and best practices, including CAN-SPAM regulations and GDPR.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging visuals and content for emails.
  • Manage and maintain the email marketing calendar, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends, tools, and best practices.


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing or a related role.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Instantly.
  • Experience with email list segmentation and personalization techniques.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of email marketing regulations and best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
