Job Summary:
Company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Officer to drive sales growth and manage dealership channels in Nagpur. The ideal candidate should have a proven trackrecord in B2B sales and dealership/channel management within industries such as hardware,cement, paints, steel wire, or TMT bars. This role demands expertise in negotiation, costing, and network building to achieve sales targets and expand our dealer network.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
 Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
 Identify and establish relationships with potential dealers and distributors.
 Expand the dealer network in the assigned territory.
 Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
2. Dealer/Channel Management:
 Manage and support existing dealers to ensure optimal performance.
 Provide training, guidance, and support to dealers on product knowledge and sales techniques.
 Resolve dealer queries and concerns promptly.
 Monitor dealer performance and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
3. Costing and Negotiation:
 Prepare and present cost-effective sales proposals and quotations to dealers.
 Negotiate terms and agreements to close profitable deals while maintaining strong client relationships.

4. Networking and Relationship Building:
 Build and maintain strong professional relationships with dealers, distributors, and others take holders.
 Conduct regular visits to dealers to understand their requirements and provide support.
5. Reporting and Coordination:
 Prepare regular sales reports and share insights on territory performance with management.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and supply chain to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.

Qualifications and Requirements:
 Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
 Experience: 3 to 6 years of experience in sales and dealership/channel management in industries like hardware, cement, paints, steel wire, or TMT bars. Skills:
o Proven expertise in B2B sales and dealer management.
o Strong negotiation and costing abilities.
o Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
o Analytical mindset to assess market trends and dealer performance.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
 Candidates with prior experience in dealer-based sales within hardware, cement, paints,steel wire, or TMT bars industries are highly preferred.
 Familiarity with the Nagpur market and surrounding regions will be an added advantage.
