**Job Summary**:
Responsible for generating B2B furniture sales by identifying potential clients (corporates, architects, interior designers), managing the sales cycle, and ensuring consistent business growth for the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new B2B clients for office and modular furniture sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, project consultants, and corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable furniture solutions from the company’s range.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, quotations, and product demonstrations to clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve assigned targets.
- Coordinate with internal design, production, and logistics teams for smooth order execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend improvements.
- Ensure timely payment collections from clients.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM regularly.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Interior Design).
- 1-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in furniture or interior products.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and handle objections effectively.
- Good understanding of furniture product specifications and basic design terminologies (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Number of new B2B clients acquired.
- Conversion rate of leads to orders.
- Timely collection of payments.
- Client satisfaction and retention rate.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
