Role Description
HDA TECH GROWTH PVT LTD is seeking a full-time Business Development Manager for our office in Surat, with flexibility for some remote work. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and working with various internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong track record of achieving business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Business Administration, Marketing, or Diamond field.- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales in Diamond Industry.- Proven track record of successfully achieving business development targets and goals.- Prior experience working in technology, software, or IT industries is preferred.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
