Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in freelancing platforms like Upwork or Freelancer may be required for sourcing freelance talent or projects, depending on the company's needs.
  • Building a strong pipeline of clients and achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Generating leads/prospects over the phone, and fixing appointments for the sales team, as well as managing communication thereafter.
  • Effective relationships with existing /new clients.
  • Strong communication
  • Responsible for acquiring new clients through outbound calls, identifying business opportunities, and facilitating the creation of solutions for clients.
