Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in freelancing platforms like Upwork or Freelancer may be required for sourcing freelance talent or projects, depending on the company's needs.
- Building a strong pipeline of clients and achieving monthly sales targets.
- Generating leads/prospects over the phone, and fixing appointments for the sales team, as well as managing communication thereafter.
- Effective relationships with existing /new clients.
- Strong communication
- Responsible for acquiring new clients through outbound calls, identifying business opportunities, and facilitating the creation of solutions for clients.
Must Haves
- minimum 3 years of exp. in B2B CVD/ Real Diamond Jewelry Business Development Experience
- Ready to be on field for minimum 15 days
