
Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the sales of digital marketing services, with over 5 years of experience. This role demands a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth for digital marketing services.
- Identify and target potential clients, including SMEs, startups, and large enterprises.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in prospective client organizations.
- Understand client needs and tailor digital marketing solutions to meet their specific business objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in the digital marketing space.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in digital marketing technologies and methodologies.
- Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with the internal marketing, creative, and technical teams to develop customized proposals and presentations for clients.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of client projects.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and contracts.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, specifically in the digital marketing industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge & Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and web development.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
