Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial construction sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Work with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
  • Use CRM tools to manage leads, pipelines, and client communications.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and sales reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in Marketing.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Familiarity with the industrial construction sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and close deals.
