Position Overview
We are hiring a results-oriented Admission Executive to support student enrollment for our Xylem Skill Programme at Palarivattom centers. This role involves managing incoming leads from digital campaigns, engaging with prospective learners, and converting inquiries into successful admissions. The ideal candidate will be confident, communicative, tech-savvy, and deeply committed to guiding learners toward the right career pathways.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and follow up on inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social platforms.
- Explain Xylem Skill Programme offerings and help prospective learners make informed enrollment decisions.
- Convert potential leads into confirmed admissions through effective communication and consultative engagement.
- Track and update lead interactions, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools or admission software.
- Coordinate closely with the digital marketing team for campaign insights and lead quality feedback.
- Ensure daily performance metrics are met, including outreach and conversion goals.
- Collaborate with academic and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transition from inquiry to student enrollment.
- Provide insights on learner queries, feedback trends, and support needed for campaign optimization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in student counseling, inside sales, or admissions (preferably in education, training, or upskilling).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (both verbal and written).
- Strong ability to build rapport, understand learner needs, and match them with appropriate courses.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools, lead management systems, and basic data reporting.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in managing multiple leads.
- Professional attitude with strong interpersonal and follow-up skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the EdTech , coaching, or vocational training space.
- Understanding of digital sales funnels and learner engagement journeys.
- Familiarity with upskilling domains such as digital marketing, software, business analytics, or finance.
