Job Title: Sales & Marketing Intern (MBA)

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Intern to join our team for 2–3 months. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and persuasion skills, with knowledge of digital marketing basics as a bonus.
  • The successful applicant will be responsible for building our brand presence, engaging with leads, and driving student admissions through innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing effective marketing campaigns to increase student enrollment.
  • Collaborating closely with the inside sales team to identify and qualify new leads.
  • Conducting market research to explore potential partnership opportunities that align with our business goals.
  • Creating and managing engaging content for social media platforms and offline campaigns.
  • Supporting TAC's events, workshops, and demo sessions by providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM data and tracking funnel conversions to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Presenting regular reports and insights to the leadership team to inform strategic decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Recent graduates or final-year students in relevant fields with a passion for EdTech and student career transformation.
  • Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English, with proficiency in Telugu or Hindi as an added advantage.
  • Bonus points for knowledge of digital marketing basics and experience with growth marketing strategies.
