Job Description

This role drives strategic planning, execution, and oversight of Indian marketing programs for the GF Piping Systems division. It will devise and manage marketing programs and events, analyze campaigns and track performance for strategic marketing initiatives and events.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing, implementing, and managing day-to-day execution of marketing activities across all channels and platforms.
  2. Establishing go-to-market strategies for GF Piping Systems inclusive of Business Unit product marketing and segment-focused marketing.
  3. Tracking and driving marketing leads through the sales process and reporting status/results regularly.
  4. Monitoring and analyzing marketing program effectiveness and performance regularly.
  5. Coordinating marketing activities with Marketing, Communications, and Sales Enablement.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Key qualifications include:

  1. A Master's degree in marketing with 5+ years' experience in B2B marketing and communications.
  2. Experience in marketing campaign development and event management.
  3. Digital marketing and social media marketing experience.
  4. Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience.

Strong communication and organizational skills are required along with effective interpersonal skills in active listening and rapport building at multiple levels of decision makers.
