Role Overview

  • The candidate will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing enterprise accounts by offering customized solutions, building long-term partnerships, and driving revenue from large organizations. The role demands strong consultative selling, account management, and stakeholder engagement skills to win and retain enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and acquire new enterprise clients through consultative and solution-based selling.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to maximize revenue growth from large accounts.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, proposal creation, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Build strong CXO and senior management-level relationships within client organizations.
  • Understand client business requirements and map them to appropriate solutions.
  • Drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with product, presales, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and MIS reports for management.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in line with business objectives.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and enterprise customer needs.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven ability in enterprise/B2B solution sales with long sales cycles.
  • Strong relationship-building and key account management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to understand client industry challenges.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to dynamic business environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, sales reporting, and enterprise sales processes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate degree in Business/Marketing/Technology (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise/B2B sales; at least min 2–3 years in a client-facing role handling large accounts.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in enterprise segment.
