Junior Field Sales Executive – Interior & Exterior Products

Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Junior Field Sales Executive to promote and sell interior and exterior products such as wall panels, cladding, flooring, doors, and other home/building materials. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, have good communication skills, and must own a 2-wheeler for field visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit architects, builders, interior designers, contractors, and dealers to promote products
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads in the assigned territory
  • Conduct product presentations and site visits when required
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Collect market intelligence and competitor data
  • Meet sales targets and provide regular reports to the manager
  • Coordinate with the operations team for timely delivery and installation support
  • Ensure product samples, catalogues, and marketing materials are available and used effectively

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate in any field
  • 0–2 years of experience in field sales (freshers are welcome)
  • Must own a 2-wheeler and have a valid driving license
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of Exterior/interior products or willingness to learn
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to travel extensively within the city or assigned region
