Position – Talent Acquisition Specialist
Employment Type – Fulltime
Work Location – Jigani, Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing:
• Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to source potential candidates.
•Proactively search for qualified candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
•Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective
Sourcing strategies:
•                    Candidate Screening and Assessment:
•                    Review resumes and applications to identify candidates that meet the job requirements.
•                    Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.
•                    Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
Interview Coordination:
•                    Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, preparing interview panels, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
•                    Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely updates and feedback.
Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:
•                    Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate compensation packages.
•                    Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:
•                    Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, and source effectiveness.
•                    Prepare regular reports and analyses on recruitment activities and provide insights for process improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
•                    Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
•                    Proven work experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in the Automobile industry.
•                    Familiarity with recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and best practices.
•                    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•                    Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
•                    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
•                    Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
