Key Responsibilities:

Leadership:

Lead and inspire a team of Talent Acquisition professionals across India, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous development, and collaborative teamwork. Manage changes effectively within the team, ensuring alignment, engagement, and productivity during transitions. Provide mentorship and growth opportunities, building a resilient team capable of meeting the dynamic demands of our industry.

Strategic Talent Acquisition:

Design and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies tailored to the unique needs of our engineering, product, and SG&A sectors in India. Collaborate with HR and key business leaders to forecast talent needs and build proactive sourcing strategies. Establish and maintain robust pipelines of diverse talent through strategic partnerships and continuous market analysis.

Operational Excellence:

Streamline talent acquisition processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience specifically within the Indian market. Utilize data-driven insights to refine recruitment methods, ensuring alignment with global best practices while catering to local nuances. Ensure consistent and high-quality candidate engagement, reducing time-to-fill and enhancing our brand presence in the market.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record in a leadership role, preferably within the technology or healthcare sectors. Demonstrated success in developing recruitment strategies for engineering, product, and SG&A roles, with a deep understanding of the talent landscape in India. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of mentoring a diverse team and fostering an environment of growth and innovation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage effectively at all levels of the organization.

Performance Metrics:

Achieve targeted recruitment goals including candidate engagement, qualification rates, and pipeline development specific to the Indian market. Drive initiatives that enhance collaboration across functions and demonstrate significant impact through leadership in Talent Acquisition.
