Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable HR Generalist Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to dive into the consulting world, providing comprehensive HR services across multiple clients in various industries. The ideal candidate will be someone eager to expand their expertise through a broad range of HR challenges and projects.
Requirement: The candidate needs to be willing to come into the office Monday - Friday, 8 am - 12 pm. 
Key Responsibilities:
Provide HR consultation to clients on various issues including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies that support client business objectives.
  • Conduct needs assessments with clients to understand HR requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Support clients in the execution of core HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee development.
  • Manage client HR projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and ensure compliance across client organizations.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops on HR practices and policies.
  • Prepare and present reports and metrics to clients to demonstrate the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR role; previous experience in HR consulting is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and initiative.
  • Willingness to embrace the consulting model of working with a commitment to client service excellence.
  • Willingness to travel to visit clients.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SABPP) is a plus. Registered psychometrist (advantageous) Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources consulting role. Strong understanding of HR functions, employment law, and industry best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record in change management, organizational development, and employee training and wellness programs. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as required.
