Job Title: HR Generalist


We are currently seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in a dual role, focusing on both hiring and operations. As an integral member of our HR team, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process and ensuring smooth HR operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
  • Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet hiring goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent sources.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee records management, administration, and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on hiring and operations.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
