Responsibilities
- Complete ownership of the Stability and weekly profitability of Last Mile distribution partners of Ninjacart FnV business, for the assigned geographical locations
- Help the Distribution partners (DPs) in,
- Maintaining an optimal fleet for their last-mile operations
- Building effective liquidation channels for the stocks that might be returned from customers due to various operational reasons
- Maintaining a good and healthy relationship among the customer community of that area and improving his customer rating week on week
- Maintaining the Distribution facility hygiene
- Problem-solve for their Quantity and Quality issues, if any, by collaborating with various central teams such as Category teams, Sourcing teams, Last Mile Cluster operations teams, Sales teams and finance teams etc.
- Ensure zero attrition of Distribution partners of the area, and scout and spearhead the onboarding of new DPs in case of unprecedented churn
- Assist the Area Business Manager and Sales team in handling & monitoring the entire General Trade & distribution for assigned Zone/Area
- Delivery of Tonnage, Revenue & Market Share objectives
- Evaluating growth at the Category level & developing metrics to gauge the performance across geographies/SKUs
- Improve the P&L for the assigned Area
- Create and maintain a team environment of continuous improvement and self-learning with a focus on team efficiency and productivity.

- 3 to 6 years of experience in Distribution / Vendor management
- Recommended to have PnL handling/understanding
- Strong Analytical skills
- Bachelor's Degree/MBA in Sales/ Marketing/ Operations
- 1-2 years of experience in Business development (not mandatory)
- Should be comfortable with traveling (a field role)
- From FMCG or companies with field sales structure
- Local linguistic proficiency is Mandatory (Kannada in this case)
