Job Description:
Partner Associate is a key role who will work to ensure the Partners* are rightly enabled and will be successful to achieve the target set. Person should have a Growth mindset and should be ready to understand & adapt quickly to the Product Company workstyle. Owning the problem and not the task is a key aspect for the success in the role. Channel / GSI Managers & Partners are across the Globe – America, Europe, India & ANZ. Expect the Person to be self-driven with a collaborative mindset (need to work with departments like Marketing, Sales, Training, Product etc.) A person who is looking to build a career in this segment.
*-Partners include Channels(Distributors/ Resellers/ MSSP) & Large Global System Integrators(GSI). Spread is global.
Essential Skills:
· Salesforce Understanding – Basic Objects, Report, Dashboard & Sales Process.
· Reporting & Dashboarding (Must); Data Analytics(Preferred) – Power Bi. Tableau.
· Experience of handling Partner Portal platform as Admin.
· Partner Enablement – Work with Partners* to identify, schedule and get them certified – Sales, Sales Engineers / Architects & Delivery/ Deployment team – Online as well as through LMS module. Expected to work with CT Trainers.
· Channel Marketing & Events – Work with Partners to define a rolling 90 -180 day Marketing & Events calendars.
· Process level documents – Create and update process level documents. Build demo of key process in Walnut as video (Walnut tool training will be provided). Conceptualizing & building mind map (which we currently have on core process) will bring additional value.
· Channel Reports/ Dashboards – Ensure the right reports / dashboards are in place for Channel Managers and Senior Leadership in Salesforce for Weekly / Monthly reviews.
· Monday Boards – Ensure all tasks are under the right OKR( Objectives & Key Results) and track it on weekly basis.
· Program Management – Essential program management skills especially a Task master (good in tracking meticulousl) required and will be a key for the individual and function success.
· Value Articulation & Representation – Ability to articulate value and representing it powerfully.
· Ability to work in an Agile way.
