Roles & Responsibilities
● Achieve sales & distribution targets for Punjab territory.
● Expand coverage & ensure proper beat plan / PJP execution.
● Drive outlet productivity & product availability across SKUs.
● Strengthen wholesale & retail trade relationships (A-class outlets focus).
● Lead & motivate Sales Officers/ISRs; ensure proper induction of new joiners.
● Manage distributor stock, credit hygiene & inventory.
● Ensure merchandising & visibility standards in General & Modern Trade.
● Report market insights & ensure no vacant HQs in territory.
Candidate Profile
● Age: 32–45 years
● Experience: 8–12 years in Food FMCG sales (Atta, Rice, Pulses, Oil, Spices preferred).
● Strong knowledge of Punjab markets (Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Amritsar, Patiala, Mohali, Hoshiarpur).
● Hands-on in distribution management, team handling, wholesale channel & retail expansion.
● Graduate (any stream), fluent in Punjabi/Hindi/English.
● Must own two-wheeler/four-wheeler & smartphone.
● Energetic, target-driven, strong rapport with trade.
