Identified and appoint new distributors & Outlets to increase market share in designated territories.
Set sales objectives and attainment plans for Designated region.
Controlling and managing a network of Retailers, along with a focused view on Depth and Width of Distribution.
Built strong relationships with key outlets, resulting in increased product placement and visibility. Regular contact with retailers and distributors to ensure seamless continuity of efforts. Fostered a positive work environment within the sales team by encouraging open communication, teamwork, and mutual support among team members.
Preferred candidate profile Retailing strong candidate with FMCG Background. Candidates from soap and home care industry will be an added advantage.
