Job Description

This is a remote position.

The lead-College clubs will be part of the team driving PAN India program empowering volunteer teams from colleges in driving impact projects across causes. He/She is responsible for managing, coaching and developing these volunteer leaders towards scaling and deepening impact through their projects. He/She will have strategic and operational responsibilities including supporting volunteer leaders recruitment/management/retention, project scoping, project scaling and facilitating a robust support ecosystem for volunteer leaders.

Bhumi’s Catalyse programme aims toward providing volunteering opportunity for all to curate the national habit of volunteering. It involves volunteering for civic initiatives like environment, animal welfare, community welfare, and more. Bhumi Catalyse works towards developing youth leadership amongst volunteers for sustainable and impact driven projects

Role and Responsibilities:

Oversee the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the plan, track and follow up on project milestones and achieve programmatic goals in timely manner
Engage all stakeholders in shaping shared goals, strategies for the programme to maximize student engagement & reach of college clubs 
Build systems, processes, culture, and the team to support with effective monitoring and evaluation of the programme goals with a focus on continuous learning, improvement, and rapid growth 
Groom volunteer leaders in colleges and support in their Learning and Development(L&D) 
Sustain a connection with the college administration, motivate them to enhance club involvement, and promptly respond to their inquiries

Educational Qualification/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Exceptional communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
Willing to travel extensively 
Excellent track record of effectively leading and regionally and/or nationally scaling a performance- and outcomes-based project
Proven experience in partnership development, recruitment, or a related field, preferably within the education and non-profit sector.

Knowledge & Skill sets required:

Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills – English, Hindi, and/or Tamil
Proactive, Self-Monitored, Resourceful, Accountable
Problem-solving and Decision-making skills are essential
Willingness to travel nationally and locally as required
Data-Oriented and Result Oriented yet focuses on Impact and Purpose over process 
Any institutional leadership role held/experience would be an advantage
