About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Manager – B2B Marketing to lead marketing communications, brand positioning, lead generation, and engagement with Ivy League brands, universities, corporates, and institutional clients. This role blends marketing acumen, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination with sales, content, and product teams.


Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

Execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns aligned to business goals

Build funnels to generate and nurture qualified institutional leads

Tailor messaging for CXOs, Deans, VCs, L&D Heads, and decision-makers

Campaign Management

Lead multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, webinars, events, paid ads)

Track CPL, MQL, ROI, and campaign performance via dashboards

Content & Collateral Development

Create impactful decks, brochures, case studies, and emailers with content/design teams

Ensure consistent brand narrative and tone across channels

Events & Partnerships

Manage institutional participation in conferences, webinars, and roundtables

Drive co-branded outreach with academic and corporate partners

Digital & CRM Integration

Optimize CRM, email workflows, and lead nurturing with the sales team

Monitor SEO, SEM, and retargeting for B2B visibility


Desired Profile

5–8 years of B2B marketing experience in education, SaaS, training, travel, or consulting

MBA preferred

Strong understanding of institutional sales cycles and academic ecosystems

Hands-on with HubSpot, Zoho, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Canva/Figma

Excellent storytelling, content, and project execution skills
