Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple

functions and should be able to balance strategic talent planning with hands-on sourcing and

closures. This role is critical to strengthening our workforce by identifying, attracting, and

onboarding the right talent in alignment with Credence Analytics growth vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for entry to mid-level positions across business units.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job boards, professional networks, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and talent communities).
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and ensure cultural fitment.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and candidate interactions.
  • Manage the selection process, including reference checks, background verification, and offer negotiation.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and dashboards in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Build and nurture a proactive talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends, AI-driven hiring tools, and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Ensure faster closures with least TAT while maintaining quality of hires.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 to 4 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn recruiter, AI platforms).
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English is a must).
  • Track record of successfully closing entry and mid-level positions.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and HR databases.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders and candidates with professionalism and influence.
  • Analytical mindset to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and recruitment ROI.
