wWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will help us scale our team by hiring top talent across functions. The ideal candidate should have prior D2C or startup hiring experience and a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment

Key Responsibilitie

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates

.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and design effective hiring strategies

.
• Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline using multiple sourcing channels

.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to attract the right talent

.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process

.

Requirement

s
• 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (D2C/startup background preferred)

.
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job portals, and social media

.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
