Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Mumbai. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing and attracting talent, conducting interviews, managing the hiring process, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs. The role also involves maintaining candidate databases, implementing recruitment marketing strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Sourcing and Talent Attraction skills
  • Interviewing and Candidate Screening skills
  • Experience in managing the hiring process and collaborating with hiring managers
  • Database Management and Recruitment Marketing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
  • Experience in the healthcare or medical devices industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
