Role Description

This role is on contract for a Talent Acquisition Specialist - Non IT Recruiter. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. This is an on-site role, located in Mumbai, and involves ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process, from job posting to onboarding.

Qualifications

  • Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software
  • Experience in a BPO or outsourcing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
