Your Role:

As a  Field Service Engineer (Process Automation) , you will be the technical maestro ensuring seamless operations at our clients' plants. You’ll combine your expertise in programming, hardware, and industrial troubleshooting to minimize downtime and optimize performance.

What You’ll Do:
  1. Automation Mastery :
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and HMI systems.
  • Optimize system performance and integrate new technologies seamlessly.
  1. Field Heroics :
  • Travel to client sites to perform installations, commissioning, and hands-on troubleshooting.
  • Deliver world-class technical support, training, and guidance to plant teams.
  1. Programming Wizardry :
  • Develop and tweak PLC/SCADA programs to meet evolving operational demands.
  • Ensure smooth integration of hardware with existing systems.
  1. Instrumentation Savvy :
  • Calibrate and fine-tune field instruments like sensors, transmitters, and actuators.
  • Keep systems aligned with operational and safety standards.
  1. Data-Driven Insights :
  • Document service activities and analyze performance trends.
  • Recommend system upgrades and improvements based on your expertise.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Background : Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation, or related fields.
  • Experience : 1-2 years of hands-on exposure to automation systems, ideally in the cement or mining sectors.
  • Technical Skills :
  • Proficiency in PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, or similar).
  • Expertise in SCADA/DCS systems and industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus).
  • Strong grasp of field instrumentation and system integration.
  • Personal Traits :
  • Analytical mindset with a knack for solving tough problems.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and teams.
  • Hunger to learn, grow, and innovate.
