- Toenhance Sales performance of the assigned dealership
- Primary TargetAchievement
- SecondaryTarget Achievement
- Improving marketshare of assigned territory.
- Higher customersatisfaction in terms of better SSI score.
- Assists individualsalespeople in setting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals andobjectives and provides them with the support to meet these goals.
- Develops implementsand monitors a followup system for newvehicle purchasers.
- Conducts daily andweekly sales meetings.
- Reviews inventorydaily to ensure the proper mix of grounded stock for maximumturnover efficiencyinterdepartmentally.

- Proven customerrelations skills both in person and over the telephone.
