Job description:
Compliance under Company Laws and Regulatory Matters
To work in coordination with Internal Audit Team & Legal Team
Providing Legal Financial advice
All legal documents of company will be vetted by the CS
Board Meetings related compliances, Minutes etc.,
Convening and servicing annual general meetings (AGM), meetings (producing agendas, taking minutes; conveying decisions etc)
Handling correspondence before and after meetings which includes sending prior notice, documenting minutes, creating Board Resolutions as needed

Desired Candidate Profile:
Requisite IT skills (MS Office, Email and Internet)
Capacity to work under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Expected to demonstrate the highest degree of honesty and integrity at all times
