Company Secretary qualified with minimum 1 to 3 years of experience working in reputed Ltd Company.

Compliance under Company Laws and Regulatory Matters To work in coordination with Internal Audit Team & Legal Team Providing Legal Financial advice All legal documents of company will be vetted by the CS Board Meetings related compliances, Minutes etc., Convening and servicing annual general meetings (AGM), meetings (producing agendas, taking minutes; conveying decisions etc) Handling correspondence before and after meetings which includes sending prior notice, documenting minutes, creating Board Resolutions as needed

**Key Skills**: Compliance Handling - Company Laws - Regulatory.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
