sales in India who is currently reside near Thane West Wagle State Mumbai.Due to our expanding portfolio and rapid sales growth, we are seeking an experienced
Sales Manager – Lubricant Additives . The successful candidate will focus on selling raw materials to lubricant additive blending companies, working remotely from Bangladesh, and reporting to our head office in Dubai. The role requires excellent technical knowledge, consultative sales skills, and the ability to manage high-level negotiations in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent our lubricant additive products in the designated territory.Implement sales plans and budgets for the assigned sales area.Acquire new customers in target industrial segments and build a base of medium and large industrial clients.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospect for new ones.Create and implement strategies for customer acquisition, development, and retention.Manage leads and customers via CRM systems.Handle tenders and post-processing.Provide expert consultation on products and their applications.Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products.Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Requirements & Qualification:
Proven experience in sales, specifically within the
Lubricant Additives
industry.Strong technical knowledge of lubricant additives raw materials and their applications.Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering is advantageous.Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali (written and spoken).Strong organization and planning skills with the ability to work independently.Experience in high-level negotiations and customer relationship management.Proficient in CRM systems.Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage time effectively.
