We are a well-known supplier of chemical raw materials, primarily serving the Middle East and Africa, with over 50 years of experience. We supply high-quality products from renowned multinational principals to the Lubricants, Rubber, Coating, Foam, and Adhesives industries. With a strong reputation for excellence, we are expanding our sales team and looking for a talented Technical Sales Manager to focus on Lubricant Additives sales in India who is currently reside near Thane West Wagle State Mumbai. Due to our expanding portfolio and rapid sales growth, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Lubricant Additives . The successful candidate will focus on selling raw materials to lubricant additive blending companies, working remotely from Bangladesh, and reporting to our head office in Dubai. The role requires excellent technical knowledge, consultative sales skills, and the ability to manage high-level negotiations in a competitive environment. Key Responsibilities: Represent our lubricant additive products in the designated territory. Implement sales plans and budgets for the assigned sales area. Acquire new customers in target industrial segments and build a base of medium and large industrial clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospect for new ones. Create and implement strategies for customer acquisition, development, and retention. Manage leads and customers via CRM systems. Handle tenders and post-processing. Provide expert consultation on products and their applications. Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth. Sales Products Experience Below: Viscosity Index Improvers (LUBIMAX 5522 L, LUBIMAX 5524 L9, LUBIMAX 5535) Pour Point Depressants (LUBIMAX 2510, LUBIMAX 2571) Diesel and Gasoline Engine Oil Additive Packages (LUBIMAX D 9979, LUBIMAX 1606 E) Dispersants , Antifoams , and more. Requirements & Qualification: Proven experience in sales, specifically within the Lubricant Additives industry. Strong technical knowledge of lubricant additives raw materials and their applications. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering is advantageous. Excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali (written and spoken). Strong organization and planning skills with the ability to work independently. Experience in high-level negotiations and customer relationship management. Proficient in CRM systems. Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage time effectively.
