Be a part of KC Overseas—apply nowHere’s a short video to give you an overview of who we are and what we do: Job Overview: The Strategic Sales Manager will be responsible for driving B2B sales growth and enhancing student conversion efficiency by working closely with the Business Unit, Regional Teams, and University Partners. The role focuses on developing and executing strategic initiatives that improve offer-to-enrolment ratios, strengthen partner engagement, and ensure timely application progress through CourseFinder.ai. Key Responsibilities Closely work with the Business Unit to identify key focus areas and priority universities where higher student conversions can be achieved. Track application pendency across regions and backend teams and drive them to improve submissions and ensure faster turnaround. Review Case closures and proposed Case closures and try to activate submittable cases and see that possible alternate options are suggested. Focus on select institutions with strong conversion potential, periodically review their progress, and implement mid-course corrections where required. Plan and execute Offer Conversion Events, including scheduling specific dates and ensuring maximum partner participation to drive conversions. Review conversion trends of top partners, identify gaps, and create engagement plans to strengthen business growth and relationship depth. Coordinate with respective Business Units to ensure timely release of offers for students ready with payments and monitor offer conversion follow-ups. Define a structured follow-up mechanism by assigning specific partner sets to team members handling offer conversions and regularly tracking their performance. Identify and meet inactive or low-performing partners through Regional Teams to re-engage them and bring their accounts to a conclusive status. Analyse competitor activities, study their engagement models with universities, and implement similar conversion-focused initiatives with participating universities. Continuously review data, performance reports, and partner feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and strategic improvement. Work Closely with marketing, admissions and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination. Identify emerging markets for targeted B2B growth Minimum 8+ years of experience in B2B or Strategic Sales, preferably within the Study Abroad / Overseas Education industry. Proven record of driving conversion-focused growth initiatives and achieving measurable business impact. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in handling large partner networks and collaborating with multiple business units. High sense of ownership with the ability to think strategically and act operationally.
