Education Program Manager RoleTransforming education through strategic program management, we seek a visionary professional to lead our international initiatives.Manage relationships with global clients, ensuring their educational needs are met promptly and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship ManagementAct as the primary liaison between stakeholders, delivering exceptional service through virtual sessions and international travel when required.Build strong relationships with schools, distributors, and education partners, fostering a collaborative environment.Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions, meeting educational requirements.Conduct regular check-ins, manage expectations, and ensure timely communication, promoting trust and open dialogue.Program Implementation & SupportCoordinate global program rollouts, ensuring seamless delivery and technical support.Create implementation plans suited to diverse educational systems, aligning with local regulations and standards.Monitor program delivery across time zones, maintaining quality and adhering to deadlines.Troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth client operations, resolving problems efficiently.Technical Training & DemonstrationsDeliver virtual trainings, webinars, and live demos on cutting-edge technologies, enhancing skills and knowledge.Provide customized training content for international audiences, adapting to diverse learning styles.Travel internationally for onsite workshops and demonstrations, sharing expertise and best practices.Support curriculum integration and classroom adoption, facilitating effective implementation.Program Monitoring & EvaluationTrack key performance indicators, gather feedback, and assess program effectiveness, driving continuous improvement.Identify trends and implement data-driven strategies, enhancing program outcomes.Collaborate with internal teams to refine programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Cross-Cultural & Curriculum AdaptationAdapt programs for various curricula, including IB, Cambridge, American, and others, ensuring cultural relevance.Work with teams to localize content, incorporating regional nuances and best practices.Stay updated on global education standards, applying knowledge to enhance program effectiveness.Stakeholder CollaborationSupport business development with technical expertise, driving growth and expansion.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery, streamlining processes.Contribute to case studies and success stories, showcasing program impact and achievements.Travel & Time Zone ManagementTravel internationally (20–30%) for meetings and trainings, representing the organization effectively.Manage flexible hours to work across multiple time zones, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration.Represent the organization at global events and conferences, building relationships and promoting our mission.
