Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Franchise Manager for study abroad programs tojoin our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in franchisemanagement, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for education. This role involvesmanaging and supporting our franchise partners, ensuring consistent delivery of high-qualityservices, and driving the growth of our franchise network.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage and oversee the operations of franchise partners, ensuring adherence tocompany standards and guidelines.

● Provide training and ongoing support to franchise partners to enhance their performanceand service quality.

● Develop and implement strategies to recruit new franchise partners and expand thefranchise network.

● Conduct regular visits to franchise locations to monitor operations, provide guidance,and address any issues.

● Assist franchise partners in setting and achieving sales targets and business goals.

● Facilitate communication between the company and franchise partners, ensuring astrong and collaborative relationship.

● Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive brand awarenessand student enrollment.

● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve franchiseoperations.

● Prepare and present reports on franchise performance and growth metrics to seniormanagement.

Qualifications and Skills:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or a relatedfield.

● 2-3 years of experience in franchise management, preferably in the education sector.

● Strong understanding of the study abroad industry, including university admissions andvisa processes.

● Proven leadership and team management skills.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

● Ability to travel frequently to meet with franchise partners.

● Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.

● Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strategic mindset.
