The Business Development and Admissions Manager will drive student enrollment, develop strategic partnerships, and enhance the academy’s presence in the competitive education market. This role is critical to building relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions while ensuring smooth admissions processes.


Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development and Admissions Manager to lead our efforts in expanding student enrollments and fostering institutional partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, a knack for sales and marketing, and a results-oriented approach.


ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the academy's presence across target markets.
  • Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and educational counselors to promote our courses.
  • Plan and execute workshops, career seminars, and promotional events for architecture aspirants and their parents.

Admissions Management

  • Manage the end-to-end admissions process, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students and their families.
  • Conduct counseling sessions to guide students in selecting the right courses.
  • Maintain and manage an updated CRM database of leads and enrollments.

Marketing and Outreach

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and launch campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.

Relationship Building

  • Act as the point of contact for institutional collaborations and corporate tie-ups.
  • Build strong relationships with alumni for referrals and testimonials.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in admissions management or business development in the education sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with architecture entrance exams like NATA and JEE B.Arch is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing platforms.
