About the Role

The Leader for Exela Smart Lockers will drive the growth and ensure the seamless delivery of

Exela’s Intelligent Lockers. This role focuses on secure, tech-enabled storage and delivery

solutions, including asset storage, self-service package management, and automated logistics for clients. The individual will oversee operations, business expansion, and client relationship

management, ensuring Exela's Intelligent Lockers meet the needs of diverse sectors like

corporate offices, universities, and retail.

Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Business Development

  • Develop growth strategies to expand the Smart Locker solutions across industries including

workplace storage, retail, and residential spaces.

  • Identify and capture new markets, with a focus on leveraging Exela’s technology to

streamline logistics, asset management, and delivery solutions.

  • Partner with sales teams to drive lead generation, build customer pipelines, and secure

contracts for custom-configured locker solutions.

Solution Delivery & Operational Excellence

  • Lead the deployment and day-to-day operations of Exela’s Intelligent Lockers, ensuring end-

to-end service delivery with optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

  • Drive the continuous improvement of automated delivery notifications, audit-friendly

tracking, and the seamless integration of Smart Locker technology into clients' ecosystems.

  • Collaborate with technology teams to provide data-driven insights for enhanced delivery,

auditing, and workflow integration.

Client Relationship & Customization

  • Serve as the key liaison for client engagements, tailoring locker solutions to meet customer-

specific requirements in various sectors.

  • Ensure successful integration of lockers with existing front-office automation solutions,

including digital mailrooms and smart offices, enhancing the customer experience.

  • Oversee configuration and customization of locker kiosks to meet client needs, ensuring

secure, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing solutions.

Product Innovation & Market Feedback

  • Collaborate with product teams to refine locker offerings based on client feedback, market

trends, and emerging needs in secure storage and package management.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to maintain Exela’s leadership in

smart storage solutions.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in operations, business development, or leadership roles within

logistics, smart solutions, or automation technologies.

  • Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering innovative solutions.
  • Strong leadership and client management skills, with experience in implementing scalable

technology solutions.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of secure storage and package management solutions.
  • Familiarity with front-office automation, IoT technology, and smart infrastructure.
