The Role: You will be responsible for managing and strategizing the payment operations function for a major US based telecom client. You will lead a team of 100+ employees and will be responsible for building and managing the team across multiple processes.


Responsibilities:


 Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 100+ professionals handling payments processes ( Disputes, Refunds, Chargeback etc) migrated from US to India fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.


 Act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring their expectations are met


 End to end functional ownership. This requires understanding and ensuring delivery as per defined SLA’s.


 You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for continuous optimization and automation of the processes to drive efficiency


 Recruit and manage the entire team of 50-100 resources across these processes


Qualification :


 Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in operations management, with a focus on back-office functions, preferably with a telecom service provider


 Experience in payment operations and knowledge of the chargeback function is highly desirable.


 Proven experience in managing teams of 100+ employees, preferably for an offshore client


 Strong understanding of telecom operations, particularly in a US-based context


 Demonstrated success in leading process migrations and managing global operations setups.


 Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
