Overview

The Vice President (VP) in the Inside Sales team will be working directly with the Sales and Relationship Managers of TresVista on projects across the sales life cycle. The activities will include (but are not limited to) lead generation, prospecting, outreach, sales analytics and sales pipeline management. The VP will see a clear impact that they are able to make in the department and the company.


Key Role Deliverables

▪ Mentor, train and manage a team of Analysts and Associates while reporting to the Executive Vice President

▪ Setting internal deadlines for the Associates and Analysts and managing the project pipeline

▪ Reviewing deliverables and adding value across outputs

▪ Managing the functions and communication with the Sales and Relationship Managers

▪ Assisting the Sales and Relationship Managers to create and maintain a pipeline of opportunities ▪ Driving the team culture by leading from the front

▪ Providing continuous feedback and utilizing reports and key inputs across projects

▪ Managing client expectations

▪ Managing communication and workflow while coordinating across cross-functional teams

▪ Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development processes

▪ Contribute to the overall operational strategy for prospect and client relationship management


Prerequisites

▪ Strong analytical ability along with excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and verbal)

▪ Entrepreneurial and proactive attitude

▪ Accuracy and attention to detail

▪ Knowledge of Microsoft Office (viz. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

▪ Ability to work independently and also be an effective team manager

▪ Prior team and project management experience is necessary

▪ Commitment and ownership

▪ Drive towards continuously learning, growing, and exceeding expectations

▪ Problem-solving, working with broad guidelines, being able to dive into operational tactics, and engage in the big picture


Work Experience

▪ Post-graduation/MBA in any discipline with 5+ years of relevant business development experience

▪ Graduate in any discipline with 7+ years of relevant business development experience
