**Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential clients in the construction, retail, and advertising sectors.
- Generate leads through online platforms, directories, and referrals.
- Reach out to potential clients via phone calls to introduce our services and explore collaboration opportunities.
- Organize and conduct meetings, presentations, and maintain client relationships.
- Tailor solutions to meet client needs, draft proposals, and close deals.
- Manage the entire sales process and maintain records using the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in related fields is advantageous.
- Fluent in Malayalam.
- Experience in online demo sales is a plus.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills are vital.
- Demonstrates self-motivation, independence, and a results-oriented approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
