Head of Growth | Early-Stage B2B Portfolio Company

One of our early-stage portfolio companies in the B2B2C space is growing rapidly, and is looking to hire a Head of Growth as part of that growth journey.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute highly creative strategies to acquire and retain clients
drive revenue growth using these strategies
Drive pipeline across channels
Scale customer acquisition primarily through email marketing, SEO, Digital marketing, content marketing, affiliate program management, and events
Analyze user data and conduct in-depth market research
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Identify and test new growth tactics
Monitor and report on key growth metrics and KPIs
Qualifications
At least 5+ years of experience in growth / revenue generation role, preferably in a high-growth B2B startup
Proven track record of driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Passion for Consumer brands is an advantage
Prior experience with global coverage is preferred
