One of our early-stage portfolio companies in the B2B2C space is growing rapidly, and is looking to hire a Head of Growth as part of that growth journey.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute highly creative strategies to acquire and retain clients
  • drive revenue growth using these strategies
  • Drive pipeline across channels
  • Scale customer acquisition primarily through email marketing, SEO, Digital marketing, content marketing, affiliate program management, and events
  • Analyze user data and conduct in-depth market research
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Identify and test new growth tactics
  • Monitor and report on key growth metrics and KPIs


Qualifications

  • At least 5+ years of experience in growth / revenue generation role, preferably in a high-growth B2B startup
  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Passion for Consumer brands is an advantage
  • Prior experience with global coverage is preferred
