Head of Growth | Early-Stage B2B Portfolio Company

One of our early-stage portfolio companies in the B2B2C space is growing rapidly, and is looking to hire a Head of Growth as part of that growth journey.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute highly creative strategies to acquire and retain clients
- drive revenue growth using these strategies
- Drive pipeline across channels
- Scale customer acquisition primarily through email marketing, SEO, Digital marketing, content marketing, affiliate program management, and events
- Analyze user data and conduct in-depth market research
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Identify and test new growth tactics
- Monitor and report on key growth metrics and KPIs
Qualifications
- At least 5+ years of experience in growth / revenue generation role, preferably in a high-growth B2B startup
- Proven track record of driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Passion for Consumer brands is an advantage
- Prior experience with global coverage is preferred
