Grey cell is the experiential marketing division of ET. It caters to B2B,B2G,G2B solutions for brands, does knowledge based IPs, RTDs, seminars, summits etc. It thinks ideas and drives solutions which are platform agnostic.

About the Position

As a Regional Head for South and East, this position is responsible to drive business across various branches, working collaboratively with Branch Heads and Vertical heads. The Business primarily comes through clients across industries, Govt, B2B clients. The monetization is through Brand Solutions, IPs, Media partnerships across Print, Digital, Onground, TV etc.

Areas of Responsibility

Ownership and responsibility for developing and executing the strategies to drive the National business growth by building new avenues of revenue for Grey Cell, a part of the Creative Business Portfolio, through Brand Solutions, conceptualizing and creating IPs and Sales. This role doubles up as the revenue responsibility of the South & East Regions, for the CB Grey Cell portfolio Responsible for the business development, driving new customer acquisition across industry verticals and managing and growing the share of wallet of existing accounts. Drive the ideation and deliver compelling and innovative integrated brand marketing solutions in line with the clients’ organisational business challenges, brand marketing plans, etc., that will create a competitive edge for generating ad revenue, sponsorships and creation and monetization of various IPs. Manage the experiential and 360 degree integrated solutions and offerings across print, digital, on-ground events, outdoor, etc. Scale, market and manage the existing IPs. Manage the team and effectively collaborate and coordinate with the internal teams and external partners to deliver business objectives.
