Media Sales Head

to spearhead ad sales growth for adsinstore. This pivotal role will require approximately 30% travel, allowing you to connect directly with key decision-makers and unlock new sales opportunities.Core Responsibilities:Business Development:

Prospect for new clients, develop sales strategies, and build strong relationships with potential and existing customers.Sales Management:

Oversee and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to drive performance.Client Management:

Manage client relationships, understand their needs, and develop tailored OOH advertising solutions that meet their objectives.Negotiation:

Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to maximize revenue and profitability.Market Analysis:

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and optimize sales strategies.Reporting:
