Ltd. , one of India’s largest skill development and employability companies — is expanding its Work-Integrated Degree Programs (WIDP)  in partnership with leading universities across India. We are looking for a senior professional  to lead student recruitment and university partnerships  at a national level. This person will work independently like a leader, driving growth through a combination of university collaborations, B2B partner networks, and D2C mobilisation strategies. Key Responsibilities Build and manage strategic partnerships with universities  to design and implement Work-Integrated Degree Programs (BBA, B.Voc, B.Sc, MBA, etc.) in sectors like Allied healthcare, IT, Future Skills, Retail, Hospitality & BFSI, aligned with NEP 2020. Lead the student recruitment and mobilisation strategy  through: B2B channels & D2C channels Establish and scale a PAN-India admission partner network  to drive consistent enrolments. Develop and execute marketing and conversion plans  for partnered universities. Co-ordinate with university leadership  (VCs, Registrars, Deans) Ensure smooth coordination  between university, industry, and internal delivery teams. Track and analyze admissions data, conversion ratios, and ROI  across multiple channels. Preferred Qualifications 10–15 years of experience in university admissions, higher education partnerships or student recruitment Demonstrated ability to mobilize large student volumes  through both B2B and D2C channels. Strong network of education counsellors and admission partners  across India. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of interacting directly with Vice-Chancellors and senior university management. Entrepreneurial mindset, high ownership, and comfort in a startup-like, fast-scaling environment. Willingness to travel frequently across India ; hybrid work model.
