We are looking for asenior professionalto leadstudent recruitment and university partnershipsat a national level. This person will work independentlylike a leader, driving growth through a combination ofuniversity collaborations, B2B partner networks, and D2C mobilisation strategies. Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and managestrategic partnerships with universitiesto design and implement Work-Integrated Degree Programs (BBA, B.Voc, B.Sc, MBA, etc.) in sectors like Allied healthcare, IT, Future Skills, Retail, Hospitality & BFSI, aligned with NEP 2020. Lead thestudent recruitment and mobilisation strategythrough: B2B channels & D2C channels Establish and scale aPAN-India admission partner networkto drive consistent enrolments. Develop and executemarketing and conversion plansfor partnered universities. Co-ordinate withuniversity leadership(VCs, Registrars, Deans) Ensuresmooth coordinationbetween university, industry, and internal delivery teams. Track and analyzeadmissions data, conversion ratios, and ROIacross multiple channels. Preferred Qualifications10–15 years of experience inuniversity admissions, higher education partnerships or student recruitment Demonstrated ability to mobilize large student volumesthrough both B2B and D2C channels. Strong network ofeducation counsellors and admission partnersacross India. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of interacting directly withVice-Chancellors and senior university management. Entrepreneurial mindset, high ownership, and comfort in a startup-like, fast-scaling environment. Willingness to travel frequently across India ; hybrid work model.
