**Position Overview**: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Overseas Universities Partnership Development Officer to lead the development and management of strategic partnerships with international universities. The role involves identifying potential university partners, establishing collaboration agreements, and maintaining strong relationships to expand our educational offerings and opportunities for students.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation and maintain contact details and communication log, and reach out to overseas universities for potential **partnerships** and collaborations.
- Develop and present partnership **proposals** to university decision-makers.
- Negotiate and establish **Partnership agreements**, **MOUs, and articulation agreements** with partner universities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with university partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Represent the company at **international education fairs** and conferences to build connections with universities and build more partnerships.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in **international partnerships**, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong **negotiation** and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent **communication** skills, with proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with **contract negotiation** and educational program agreements.

**Bonus Structure**
- **Rs 5,000** bonus for securing partnerships with **10 universities** in any one month.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
