Role Overview -
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) to manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition and HR Operations for junior-level roles. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, ensuring timely hiring, smooth onboarding, employee engagement, and effective HR processes.
Roles & Responsibilities -
- Partner with business and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and design effective hiring strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiations, offer rollout, and onboarding.
- Build a strong talent pipeline using multiple sourcing channels job portals, professional networks, social media, and employee referrals.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey and maintain strong pre-joining engagement.
- Facilitate seamless employee lifecycle management onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Prepare and manage HR documentation including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and separation documents.
- Maintain accurate and updated HR databases, HRIS, and personnel records.
- Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Address employee queries and grievances promptly, ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Coordinate training programs, inductions, and engagement initiatives for junior employees.
- Drive compliance with HR policies, processes, and statutory requirements.
- Act as a trusted partner to business teams, balancing recruitment priorities with operational HR excellence.
