Role & responsibilities
- Foster strong employee relations and provide support to ensure a smooth post-acquisition and onboarding process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring mandates and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Drive employee relations strategy aligned with business and culture.
- Act as a trusted advisor for grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
- Conduct ER diagnostics, pulse checks, and engagement audits to address concerns proactively.
- Lead regional engagement initiatives, events, and employee connect programs.
- Build capability among managers on progressive ER practices and culture leadership.
- Partner with leadership on attrition insights, people analytics, and retention actions.
Preferred candidate profile
- 6 to 8 years of HR experience with strong focus on Employee Relations / HRBP / Engagement, only from NBFCs / Banks / Financial Services
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with a balanced, empathetic approach
- Experience managing multi-location teams
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
